You guys are the biggest losers ever!! Why do you cheat your customers by showing scheduled delivery when you can't even make it. Do you guys have any importance of occasions? I made an order for rakhabandhan which was supposed to get delivered on august 26th and i had no update on when it is going to get delivered despite getting hundreds of mails and messages that it's going to get delivered today. If you can't make it just cancel it and refund on time or inform atleast if you guys are not going to deliver at all. I'm so disappointed with the services. You guys are the worst in market. I have never seen such bad customer service even from a small vendor in my life. Useless!!! Never going to place any order from ferns n petals ever again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
