Ferns N Petals — Unethical behaviour | |||||
Sir, I had ordered cake for my father from fern and petals, it was an online order for which a prior payment was made. The order was to be delivered between 12pm to 3pm. Till 5pm when it was undelivered, i made multiple attempts to trace my order and also tried to connect via the given contact no. for about 15mins i was made to hold the call, which was ultimately unanswered. Again at 8pm when i tried contacting the customer service person, he replied that there were technical issues and my cake will be delivered in one hour time with a rose bouquet and an apology letter. ultimately cake was delivered at quater to eleven with no rose bouquet and no message on the cake which was provided while placing the order. During the entire episode, not a single attempt was made by ferns and petals to inform me regarding the delay or the status of my order delivery. kindly take strict measures against such companies who run their business on people's emotions, taking no responsibility on their side. i want a refund as well as an assurance that such an incident does not take place again with any of the customer.
