I recently placed an order for Germany using Ferns n Petals. It was expected to be delivered on 16th September, 2022. However on 18th september, i receive an email stating the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address. However the address was correct. I submitted the address proof of the recipient as well. Moreoever, they never attempted to call the recipient on that day and the recipient was home the whole day.
They do not provide any proof of delivery attempt.
After 4 days they claim the item is perishable so we can not deliver it now. and we can process refund as well.
I paid 2200 Rs for an order which was never delivered and there was no mistake from my side.
No where on the website it was mentioned that the delivery will not be re attempted or refund won't be provided incase o[censored]nsuccessful delivery. Was this information helpful? |
