I placed an order on 14th May 2022 for the same day delivery. My order was not delivered when I called the delivery person he told me that the recipient did not answer calls. I checked with the recipient. Neither the recipient nor I received a single call from the delivery guy. I called the customer care and they told me my order will be delivered by tomorrow morning that is 15th May 2022. I reached out to the customer care after trying to reach the delivery person who was not answering the call. The customer care told me that they got to know that the recipients number was not recharged so was not reachable and it will be delivered by 4 pm. I called again at 4, they said the recipient asked to change the delivery time (The recipient did not). I asked for the manager's number. He said the same thing and spoke rudely.
My only reason to file this complaint is because of the number of lies I heard.
- First Recipient was not picking their call
- Then, recipients mobile was not recharged.
- Then again, recipient ask them to change the delivery time
Non of the above was true. I checked the recipient, I called her and it was working just fine.
My whole surprise is spoiled. They wasted so much of my time as well as my energy. I thought it was important for me to take out some more time and energy to complaint about this although I know nothings gonna happen now.
I will make sure I or people around me never order from FnP again Was this information helpful? |
