I ordered couple of personalised items for my wife as valentines gift, item was delivered as faulty and I raised a complaint soon (within couple of hours of getting the faulty item delivered).
After raising the complaint, I was asked to send a video of the faulty item which I did straightway, however to my surprise they kept asking for video again and again (for couple of days), and this is when I kept reply to their email with video attachment and also mentioning it on my email comments.
It was like having an email conversation with a BOT, which has standard reply set i.e "Please send a video".
After this game of asking for videos, finally got a response after a week that we can resend the product, please confirm if you want this to resend. I replied back again within few minutes to confirm that it's better to get the working item sent again as I ordered it as a gift.
FNP team again didn't disappoint me, after no response for 3 days them I emailed them again for an update (and honestly I wasn't too surprised this time with their pathetic service) that we can't send the item again so please confirm if we can issue a refund.
As I didn't have much choice this time, I asked for a refund. And their customer service team had another surprise for me, they issued a refund for a cheaper item instead of issuing the actual refund.
Can you please help resolve this and take some action against these companies who are running this business of cheating their customers? Was this information helpful? |
