Ferns N Petals — Wrong delivery of flowers and no resolution | |
Hi Team, Would like to raise a complaint for an order I placed of 2 items (1 orchid bouquet and 1 notebook) through Richa - she chose 2 different addresses by mistake. Order no: 23982912 Recipient: Kamalika Sengupta Richa placed the order for me while I was on call, and put 2 different addresses for the 2 items (one in Kolkata & one in Mumbai) - though I told her to use the Mumbai one clearly. The Kolkata address was an old address saved and that's useless - so the item that got delivered there was a waste of my money. I called FnP customer care 5 times yesterday and every time a different person picked up and assured me that a request has been raised and that I will get a call-back from a senior within 1-2 hours. But that never happened. I have gotten zero support from the FnP team so far on actually course-correcting this. Can you please help me with this? I've been using FnP for a long time now and I really expect better customer support from you. I am tired of trying to get my money's worth - which is the bare minimum.
