Ferns N Petals — Wrong product and disappointing delivery

Ordered a bday cake from ferns n petals. Had a choice of delivery between 11 am to 4pm to choose. Since i wanted the cake early, i reached out to there call center and a request for delivery between 11 am and 12 pm was accepted. We planned our daughters bday party by inviting guests between 12pm and 2 pm . However on the day, ferns and petals did not deliver the cake till 4pm and when we opened the pack, the cake was different from its look and content. Response to my complaint was a simple line that cake delivered was fresh! I paid Rs.1400 for a normal cake and faced the.embrassment in the party and above all daughters disappointment ... i have documents to prove all my caim and fernn petals system has a record of my calls and requests. Please take sttong action against such behaviour since they are fooling tje online business model.
