It is stated that I booked Rakhis on July 27, 2022 (Order No. #[protected] to be delivered to Kuwait. When the order was delivered, the items delivered were not that I paid for. The Rakhis were of very cheap quality.
Secondly, the delivery person charged money (INR 700.00) from the recipient. When I complained to FnP, they just told me to provide the receipt of the paid money (so-called custom charges) so that it may be refunded. When I asked my relatives in Kuwait, they told me that no receipt had been provided for the charged money.
In the episode, FnP refrained from discussing the wrong product delivered. Thus they have closed the complaint without providing any resolution.
I believe I deserve a refund of the cost paid for the order and wrongly charged money. In the past, I have sent the Rakhis by Speedpost, and no customs charges are ever levied on Rakhi.
I request you to kindly help me to get my hard-earned money refunded.
