Ferns N Petals — wrong product received

I team, i need the response from ur team in all these aspects
1. I want to get delivered the product at the time f 8. Am in the morning, for that i requests the executive several because he has to go out of the home, the courier partner is calling at 8:45 that it will again take 15-20 min, when i called him he said yes it will take time, he also mentioned that in the order details there is no timings specification mentioned, so we were not aware, it means you guys are not specific wwhat customer says, so with that i said to cancel the product as i am giving money then too you guys are not delivering at time, then i get msg at 8:58am, that the item received the product,... Am i sitting here fool???
2. I ordered red flowers they are wat flower i am not aware... Not looking like a flower mainly, i want the american roses, which is been seen in the poster bbut ehen the person received, dont know what color of flower and what varierty of roses it was, so want to know why???
3. I have selected a covered packed ferraro rocker and i received it open... Why???
4. I was told that i will b getting the complimentary card, in spite of that i got a photocopy paper...???
I really want to know the answer of all my queries... You people only focus on the order but what the customer is saying you guys are not concerned for he same.
Need the ans of every single ans... Why it happened???
After paying you all full amount...
Want ans frequently... Otherwise putting in escalation... You people think i m stupid... Paying you all then too not getting the best service... Cant say for best not getting the product on tiome. For that need to call to executive for asking the delivery... Want the call from any senior... As soon as possible
