Filpkart — cancelled my order by seller due to delivery | |||
This complaint is with regards to ekart logistics team being irresponsible on not attempting the delivery of a product shipped 7 days ago to my address. At last they sent a sms customer rejected the item hence order cancelled, without even attempting the delivery. I got 2 out for delivery sms on 2 different days with no contact no. Of delivery person mentioned on it. I never expected this from flipkart. Now flipkart says as the order has been cancelled i should go ahead and place a fresh new order with an higher Was this information helpful? | |||
