Fioza Enterprise — I'm scammed by this company and many other people have complained about this scam

Respected Sir,

I'm Sneha, a medical student from Kerala, Three months back (feb 10 2020) on quikr, I found a data entry job named as (Fioza enterprises) I applied for this captcha entry job. They informed me that, they will pay 3 rupee per captcha . After that got call from these people.
They asked my adhar card for registration purpose. and Gave me an app named as my captcha. Later they sent me "signed agreement" & "acceptance letter" to my email, also provided with me a password & a login ID. But i never signed anywhere in the application through digitally or other methods ., On the same day of the arrival of mail they have called me as a part of confirmation, & says that they have sent a mail to me, they have remembered me that what they have written in the agreement, finally they says to start working from the next day onwards. After all this I just go through the agreement, in this they have written that one should complete 10000 captcha in 7 days, if one isn't able to complete the task should pay RS 5100/- in weekly basis to them, They also need 90 % accuracy in task. And some more conditions are flagged by them, and the letter is pinned with this mail, sir kindly please go through it . When I read the policies & agreements of the company, I find it's a fraudulent company .Then I decided to cancel the agreement with the company, when I informed it to company, they offered me to pay Rs 5100/- so they terminate me & give the noc . According to this I paid them 5100 /- . Have pinned the proof with this mail .

Even I have paid the offered amount to the company they didn't provide me the termination letter (noc). So I decided to move with a advocate, when I contacted them with an advocate, they provided my termination letter .there after there is no calls or mails from them even though they have mentally harassed me by saying have to pay penalty to them, being arrested by police, by mails, calls & what's app modes, when we contacted the company with our advocate all this harrassement came to an end .
And now (on[protected] they again messaged and called me by saying, being arrested within 22 hours . So they are trying to mentally harassing me again . Sir kindly please take necessary fast action against this company and save thousands of people including me from the fraudulent company
