I have purchased a fireboltt Mercury watch from Flipkart on 21/01/2022 order ID OD[protected].
Now watch button in not working, I have raised a issue at fireboltt website on 16/06/2022, they have closed that issue without resolving my problem.
Than again I have raised, Till today no response from fireboltt.

Downpayment amount deducted from my account but Fireboltt claims payment not received on their end and my order remains unconfirmed.
Looking to get the refund ASAP especially because the EMI will hit me soon.
