I had purchased this watch after 4 months ago and his battery backup is such a ### and I try to replaced this smartwatch and pickup had scheduled for the replacement and next its 3 months later but my watch is on the way till now and I complained to fireboltt CUSTOMER CARE also he said your products is on the billing status and will be delivered soon but not any news for the delivery. such a he made fool for all CUSTOMERs and his service is the next level ### please don't buy smartwatches and other pruduct from fire bolltt and I requested to the Government please take a action on fire bolltt company for the false commitment.

I raised a complaint on a watch to replace with other model but they are not responding to my any of the mails.
I did it before 24 hours as they mention in return policy.

Fireboltt smart watch bsw003 black is not working is not from 3 days it's just 5 months since I took the watch i had brought this watch at 19 /04/2022 and this is very upsetting that taking costly product and having charging issue i have a flight to catch at 10 October i want instant solution regarding this kindly solve this asap

I ordered a Smartwatch on July 26 and received it on July 27 .
I found issues in the Smartwatch and returned it on July 27 and asked for a refund.
However, It's been more than a month now and I haven't received the amount back yet. The customer support always puts me on hold and mostly doesn't answer. They even haven't responded back to my email since 2 weeks.

Feature missing
I bought a fireboltt ninja call2 smart watch. It is clearly printed on the back of the pack that “ main features- heart rate, sp02, blood pressure etc. But after unboxing I found blood pressure is missing.
No option in the watch or phone app. The shop owner told that he didn’t know, because he didn’t unbox it before and checked. What should I do? I bought this mainly for heart rate, BT call, blood pressure and spO2.

Poor website
I tried to buy fireboltt hurricans smart watch from fireboltt's webstore, while i was making payment of that online, payment was successful by google pay but the order confirmation didn't shows in there website it shows that there is no orders .
Very poor payment interface of there website leads to this type of problem Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. i lost Rs 1889.05 '

Order was refused but refund not yet received
I have purchased Black leather-Fire-Boltt Almighty (BSW013) in 20.07.2022 price Rs.3718.07 and I was refused to pick up my order, my order was sent back to that seller but still haven't received my refund. but they said we have already processed with your refund in 01.08.2022, you can check with your statement you will got the refund but its almost 1.5 months over, i today also checked with mobile banking still not credited customer care are not responding properly i have mailed many time there are not give proper response please give my refund amount

My Boltt 1400 Headphones Replacement

I purchase a fire boltt headphones from amazon on January 2022 and it comes with 1 year warranty. After use for few months i facing many problems with that product like battery issues and sound problems. So i decided to claim my warranty and i registered a complaint on thier website and contact to fire boltt customer care on may be 20 days before and they said that ur product will be pickup in next 2 days. But nobody come from thier side to take my product back and replace a new one. And i contact them regularly but they did not solve my issue and confused me and irritating me too much. I am helpless because i did not find any solution. And they also ignoring my problem. So Sir plz do something about it.

But the nearest Service Centre guy told we are not doing the service. have bought the device from fireboltt web store only.

I have cancelled my order so that the package went back to origin and reached safely but even after receiving the package they have not initiated the refund trying to contact through phone call nobody picking sent plenty of mails no response from the customer support registered many complaints also all the complaints are under processing from more than 12 days

I have ordered a smartwatch named Ultron with order no[protected] on May 9. I paid 3799 on the same day. I cancelled it by refusing delivery on 13th May. I haven't got refund till now. There is no sign of refund also. No email replies. No call replies. Please help me

Placed the order and realised that it doesn't have after sales service. Tried to cancel the order but there was no option to cancel the order. Tried calling customer care but the call never get connected. Mailed them multiple times but no reply. Then i read in their website that if we reject the order we will get the refund but still I didn't get it. Raised a ticket but still no response

After few days my watch is stopped working. When i have contacted them for the replacement or repair work with all my proper and needed documents, they have not reverted me back ....

The Fireboltt Beast Pro watch was ordered by my father in the month of November, 2021. The watch worked for two months and then suddenly it stopped working.
We submitted our complaint, and it was said by the company that they are going to provide us with a replacement.
But no action was taken right then.
It took 1 whole month to arrange a pick up.
After I received the replacement product, I tried using it and it was found that the replaced watch doesn't work too. It is not getting switched on at all .
We have lodged a complaint again, but still no action has been taken.
It has been 3-4 weeks and neither they have arranged a pickup nor do they refund our money.
No action is being taken by the company.
We submitted our complaint, and it was said by the company that they are going to provide us with a replacement.

I have ordered 360 Pro on Jan 3rd from the Firebolt website and canceled the order by refusing and the product is returned to the warehouse on Jan - 17th. As per company policy, the refund should be processed within 7 working days but I don't see any response from the Firebolt team. I have contacted Firebolt multiple times via email and call but I don't see any concrete response from the team.
Please look into this issue and help me in getting the refund for my order

Defected smart watch recieved
We purchased a smart watch with order id 24925 which was delivered on 9/11/2021.
The smart watch is not functioning properly.. it's bluetooth gets disconnected again and again making it difficult to work properly. Even it works at a distance of 6 inches from the phone. I have tried with three phone and got the same result. Also its movement sensors are not working. I am unable to use it as a calling watch.
I am not satisfied with your product. Kindly make a return for the same and refund the amount at the earliest.
