Firedeal.in — Duplicate product given (Bose soundlink bluetooth speaker)

yes they are cheater i also got the same and even i have made complain to BOSE to and they have told to take some action against them, but they need the feed back form all o[censored]s. below is the letter i have sent to CBI online for the same.
my mail to bose

Dear Bose,

i came to know that some online site FIREDEAL.IN is selling bose soundlink mini Bluetooth speaker and i brought it but later when i received the product i came to know it was fake. and now when i try to contact for same to the seller i don't get any answer, please find the pictures of the serial no on box and on charging pin.

i know i have been cheated but i want to help the bose team to take some legal action against them.

We have had other reports from customers regarding this web site, and we are in the process of taking steps to get the site taken down. In the meantime, we would encourage you to continue to pursue attempts to seek a refund from the seller. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, you may be able to dispute the charges as fraudulent. We would also encourage you to report this site to law enforcement authorities in India. If they get enough reports from customers, they might open an investigation.

We appreciate your taking the time to provide us with this information. Reports like yours help us to take action to try to make the marketplace safer for others.

Dear Sir,

i want to bring focus on the fraud held with my self by an online store( www.firedeal.in) they have supplied fraud product and now when i demand for refund they denied. i also made a complain in bose (original manufacturer) to know if he is genuine or not but i got reply which is also attached in the connecting mail below.With detail description .
i request kindly take some strong action against him so that no one else get cheated.

The same thing happened to me but they answered my call and said that they would get back to me and since then their number has been switched off.

Do let me know as to what plan of action you have taken or will be taking.

I intend on going to their registered office in Delhi (since I am based out of Delhi) and getting my money back and if that doesn't work out I intend on filing a complaint to the police.

Same happened to me... it was only cash on delivery. I was not at home. When I came to home and checked it was a fake and even not getting swith on even I charged. How come Bose is not taking any step. My 5, 500 is gone. Customer care no is switch off. I immediately called the delivery person to understand the matter and refund the money as I rejected to take the delivery and did not give money... But they did not help a single. I think they are also involved (delhivery.com).

Hi Guys,

Same happened with me as well, at the time of order confirmation they wrote Bose Speakers with proper model number and when the product was delivered its invoice said BOSS speaker .. what a fraud company, i even wrote a mail to consumer forum guys but nothing happened ..

Can any one help ..
