Last August 16 I had ordered for Ace stainless vacuum cleaner on Firedeals for 999Rs they had not given any confirmation till date. The money I had paid is lost and till now I didn't get anything
Please take severe action against these type of fraud online shopping sites...

I ordered foot massager on 13th Aug 2020 and received an order confirmation mail. But i have not received the delivery yet. I have sent multiple mails but not received a response for any kf my mails....

After I paid the amount o just received a confirmation message but since then I got nothing and the item is neither delivered. You cannot search the orders in the website either. There is no costumer care number. All you can dois just email the complainant to [protected]@gmail.com from which you recieve no response....

I want to bring focus on the fraud held with my self by an online store (www. firedeal.in) they have supplied fake product and now when i demand for refund they denied. I also made a complain in bose to know if he is genuine or not but they reply & said bad words....

I had purchased the Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker from firedeal.in, the online retailing website. The product is not authentic & is a duplicate of the real Bose product. The retailer is also not responding to the email, also the Phone Number given on their website is switched off. So there is no contact between us & the company. Also, they are using the name of Bose for their business and cheating the customers. I want my money back and...

I ordered a boss soundlink mini portable speak on18th December, after ordering I didn't receive any msg or email confirmation as a result I thought the order was not successful. But on 24th December I got a call form the courier service and they said that my order has come. Later that day I received my speakers and paid RS 5695. I was very pissed off see that the speakers were duplicate and broken. There was no bill provided with the item....

I had ordered Boss speakers on date 16-Dec and have received beatspill speaker on date 22-Dec-2015. I have paid Rs 5598/- as cash on delivery. I want to return this product as the product received is different than I had ordered. Also I called at the number given on the website([protected] ) but the number is switched...
