Dear Sir/Madam, Please note that I sent a letter to Kolkata from Durgapur on[protected]doc no-E[protected]) but till 12-05-17 it has not been delivered. I had to face a lot of problem. Please take action immediately revealing the cause. Even if there is any fault from my side it should have been informed much earlier. This delay is not at all acceptable.
