Fitternity — Onepass membership

I had taken up the membership in feb 2020 before the lockdown, and post lockdown asked them to pause the membership as per govt. guidelines, and also had received a mail regarding the same from them . but as of march 2021 they are saying my one year membership costing upwards of 15000 has expired already . i asked them for a refund and this is the reply i got.
