I purchased an annual membership at a gym for 6150. That gym shut down 3 months ago. Their customer support number is switched off and it was a horrible experience when I went there and was turned back....

I had taken up the membership in feb 2020 before the lockdown, and post lockdown asked them to pause the membership as per govt. guidelines, and also had received a mail regarding the same from them . but as of march 2021 they are saying my one year membership costing upwards of 15000 has expired already . i asked them for a refund and this is the reply i got....

I live in the Goregaon East are and am at walking distance from Golds gym. I took Fitternity's One Pass membership because they clearly mention Golds Gym as one of the gyms they provide in their synopsis. In addition, Golds Gym, Goregaon is also given the OnePass tag by Fitternity.
On taking the membership, Golds Gym was not included. I contacted them and asked them as to why, to which they replied that they do not have that gym and...

I got a call from one of the agents for giving a complimentary service of a nutritionist. I misunderstood that it was just usage of the complimentary service and not activating the account. Once a recieved the mail I saw they reactivated my membership.

I had purchased a sessions pack from fitternity. However after reaching the studio, i was told that the session was cancelled. This has happened three times. Everytime fitternity provides some fake re-assurance that this won't happen again. They refuse to refund the money. Their customer service is terrible. It has been a complete waste of time and money. They are fraudsters....

Fitternity advertised for golds gym membership for huge discounts so i got lured and became member and paid them online. When i went to golds gym andheri it was golds gym but there was no shower, handwash, sauna, steam and faclities were very unhygeinic for members.in the first day i told i was told i am not happy about this and dont want to be member there.
