Fitternity — Reactivation of membership without proper approval

I got a call from one of the agents for giving a complimentary service of a nutritionist. I misunderstood that it was just usage of the complimentary service and not activating the account. Once a recieved the mail I saw they reactivated my membership.

I spoke to them and also wrote a mail that I am not interested in reactivating my membership and nor using their nutritionist service (just one service used). This was on 16th June and the membership was reactivated on 11th June. I told them that they can use the membership days from 11th to 16th June. They took their own sweet time to revert to me firstly and now refuse to deactivate my membership, just bcoz I used one session of nutritionist

My complain is simple. If they can activate my membership based on one call then why can't they deactivate it based another call and mail? This is purely cheating the customers
