Ordered flowers for mothers day and they never delivered. So called in to either get a refund or talk to customer care to resolve the issue... They promply hang up on u and tell u to report the issue through a link. When u go there and put in the issue it says as email id is invalid. Want an immediate refund... And i dont mean one one where u say refund is in process and u take more than a week to get that job done too... I can see from google reviews that u guys have cheated many more customers of their money and if at all this is not resolved i will do my very best to report u to cyber cell and make sure ur fake website which works only at the money payment portal is taken down and and the concerned pwople will be answerable... And pls take down that review by mr. Piyush ceo of lenskart... Apparently his word is worthless as well as that of mr. Anurag sirvastav.
