Flaberry — non refund of money.

This is regarding order no. [protected] from flaberry.com of rs. 858. The order was supposed to be delivered to kollam, kerala on the 10th of august 2017. However, although the amount was immediately deducted from my account, the delivery was not made to the address and i was not informed about the same. It was only when i called them later in the evening they said that they couldn't deliver at the said address. This could've have easily been informed to me when the order was being placed, since the pincode was also given.
The company promised a refund in 72hours after repeated follow up. However, on 18th of august, 2017, the company emailed me saying they amount to has been credited to my flaberry account. Since i do not have a flaberry account and do not intend on using the company's services, i immediately requested them to make the refund to my bank account. It has been 7days since then and 14 days since the order was not delivered, and i have been calling the company daily to follow up. The customer service promises to get back to me within one hour but it has not happened in the last 7days. At two instances they have lied saying my phone was unavailable. The company has the worst service i've ever encountered. I have proof against all of the above statements. How must i proceed against this company? Please help.
