Flaberry — refund for taking the order during lockdown and cannot deliver them during lockdown

Flabbery took the order for delivery during lockdown and now i am waiting for my refund to be intiated. Every time they come up with some stupid excuses. Just shut this company if you are not able to manage it or atleast have a customer support. I want my money back.
