I ordered flowers, the accepted and confirmed the order.
The day before delivery they mailed that it isn't possible to deliver flowers and they cake deliver cake by paying 299 extra. i refused and asked refund.
They redunded back in Flaberry cash (their own wallet), I also had a live chat with customer support, she said she has raised complaint to payments team. I am following up daily and no on is responding on refund to original payment method. their page says it can refunded after raising ticket which is already done.
