Flaberry failed to deliver the product so they send me an email about it.Instead of putting back to my card they added money to there wallet .order number 14000031.I have written email to them no response.
They even have no phone number to contact.Its a scam...

Flaberry was requested to deliver flowers to an Address in Alibaug, to which they had confirmed they can deliver. Date of delivery was 18th December 2020, the order was placed on 17th December 2020.

There was no update on the delivery since morning. However in the afternoon after 14:00 we received a call from Flaberry insisting that they should deliver different flowers and a cake. It was a challenge explaining to the person...

I ordered flowers, the accepted and confirmed the order.
The day before delivery they mailed that it isn't possible to deliver flowers and they cake deliver cake by paying 299 extra. i refused and asked refund.
They redunded back in Flaberry cash (their own wallet), I also had a live chat with customer support, she said she has raised complaint to payments team. I am following up daily and no on is responding on refund to original...

On 7.05.2020. As per their instruction i paid the amount of rs.1697. They
Replayed that the order submitted. On the delivery date one of his employ
Informed through mobile that they can't deliver the goods because of lock
Down, distance problems etc and also told that they will refund the amount.
But they didn't...

Flabbery took the order for delivery during lockdown and now i am waiting for my refund to be intiated. Every time they come up with some stupid excuses. Just shut this company if you are not able to manage it or atleast have a customer support. I want my money back....

I had ordered a flower delivery on 22 of sept 2019 but they failed to do so by sending a mail as they were ashamed to deliver the flowers. I had initiated for a refund on 27th of september and they mailed me that the refund will happen in 7 working days. It's been more than 15 working days and the refund is not yet happened. I am not getting any revert from the customer care thru mail. Neither they revert nor they do not have a customer....

Placed an order on aug 16 for same day delivery of a few things. Total cost 2440+ estimated delivery time was by 7pm aug 16. They called at 7pm to inform that the delivery is possible only tomorrow, aug 17 and definitely by 8am-11pm

Today, august17, it is 1pm i haven't received the order nor have i received any update about it.
After requesting for more than 10 callbacks continuously the customer service representative...

I had ordered cake and a bouquet but they did not deliver it and did not inform about it too. The next day i called my friend and came to know about the order not being delivered. It was a big shame to me. Later after several mails got the money into flaberry account which i am not able to use for placing an order. No response from customer care too. They say that they work from 9am to 9pm but even after 11am i am unable to reach them and...

I have ordered flower from this website to be delivered to the place i wanted they took the order online asked for the amount which i paid 399 using my card.
After an hours i got the mail that the delivery is not possible due to outskirt area.
Now when i called them for refund they said you will get a call back from the finance department within 72 hours i waited for a week and called again they said order is not cancelled...

Ordered a bouquet with Cadbury celebrations attached on the eve of Rose day, Feb 7, 2017! the delivery date was clearly mentioned as 7th Feb with a time-slot of 4-7:00 pm. The Flaberry company failed to deliver the product on time and on the same date. we are on 8th Feb and still no response when called the customer care # +[protected], which looks bogus to me. the Live chat on website is another crap...
