Flaberry — Theft: No delivery - No refund

Flaberry was requested to deliver flowers to an Address in Alibaug, to which they had confirmed they can deliver. Date of delivery was 18th December 2020, the order was placed on 17th December 2020.

There was no update on the delivery since morning. However in the afternoon after 14:00 we received a call from Flaberry insisting that they should deliver different flowers and a cake. It was a challenge explaining to the person on the call, there was a specific flower chosen based on the purpose. The alternate flowers would not meet the purpose. With great difficulty the person accepted it saying the amount will be refunded to flaberry account, which was rejected. After a heated conversation the person on the phone said we will get the refund back to the bank account and cut the call abruptly.

We received an apology mail from flaberry regarding the delivery the next day again informing the amount will be added to flaberry account against our consent and will. We tried to respond to the email and also called the number but there wasn't any response. The flaberry email doesn't exist as shown in the attached picture.
