Flaberry — Not refunding the amount

Updated by shweta tewari I have ordered flower from this website to be delivered to the place I wanted they took the order online asked for the amount which I paid 399 using my card.
after an hours I got the mail that the delivery is not possible due to outskirt area.
now when I called them for refund they said you will get a call back from the finance department within 72 hours I waited for a week and called again they said order is not cancelled from our end now I have cancelled and the refund will be done call will come within 24 hours .

I yesterday called them for the refund and asked to give me a solution on the same call they said for a call back within 1 hours, I waited again and no call back was done,
then I called again they said that they cannot transfer on my account they will transfer it to flaberry account from where I can place new order and use.

I disagreed they were rude and said that nothing is possible we will not refund your amount u can complain anywhere. after a long argument they said they will transfer 299 to my account and 100 to the flaberry.
I agreed on it as nothing else was possible and I was failed trying as the firm is full of frauds.

Now nether refund is done and they are not picking the call, when I called from another no they heard my voice and disconnecting.
