I had ordered cake and a bouquet but they did not deliver it and did not inform about it too. The next day i called my friend and came to know about the order not being delivered. It was a big shame to me. Later after several mails got the money into flaberry account which i am not able to use for placing an order. No response from customer care too. They say that they work from 9am to 9pm but even after 11am i am unable to reach them and live chat shows offline. Very worst experience. I wonder how this company is still running and robbing from everyone. If they cannot deliver in the specified address, then even before making the payment, it should automatically state that they cannot deliver to the specified address. I am tired to trying to place an order to use the flaberry cash since 3 days. Very upset. Was this information helpful? |
