Flashstar Commerce — Defective Mobile infinix hot 11 s(till now not replacement/refund amount)

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject I am compelled to make a complaint with you for the above purpose that I had purchased one mobile by model no. Infinix Hot 11S (Green wave, 128 GB ) on 5th. May instant for Rs. 9, 999/-, from M/s Flashstar Commerce through Flipkart On-line shoppers that was defective on and from the day of first ( Camera was not working properly ) then make a complaint to seller concern for repairing / replacement agst. defective. They have attempted to repairing the same 3 times but could not be able to succeed before speculation period nor replace the said mobile . Unfortunately today they have rejected the RETURN Policy.
So that my earnestly request you to make an order to REFUND the amount of purchase price of Rs. 9, 999/- at the earliest date.
I am waiting for your valuable feedback in this regards.
I am attaching herewith some references for your reference and knowledge on behalf of myself.
