I ordered my product on 3rd October 2019 through flipkart during the flash sale.. And the expected date to ship was 11/Oct/19 and it is suppose to be delivered on 13/10/19..
Why is it taking so long to ship? The company hasn't even packed the order.
Today is already 16/10/19 and the order still remains there with the status "the seller is processing your order"..

Never experienced such thing in my 4 years of shopping with Flipkart..
Flashstar commerce is not at all up to the mark in delivering items

Ordered phone through flipkart redmi note pro 7. Phone is not working on the day one itself. Unable to return the product still now. Flipkart not able to resolve the issue even after raising the complaint. It clearly shows flipkart not having the control on the flashstar commerce seller. Moreover unable to download the invoice also. Request not to order anything if the seller is flashstar commerce. Not able to resolve the problem for past 12 days.. I dunno whether it will be resolved. Poor service from flipkart if they continue this way for sure they will no more in online shopping.

My sentiments are deeply hurt. Real hurt. I have been waiting for days to buy redmi 8. And behold! I made my order. The next day i got a notification, "due to high demand and shortage, your order has been cancelled". What am i to you? Underprivileged? Second and third in line? Why let me order from the very first place wasting both of our time? Not fair.

Flashstar commerce is not up to the mark in delivering items

Cancelled my order of redmi note 7pro on1st october, then flipkart show me that my refund of 6569₹ completed form the sellers side and it will credited by 11 of october. But till now i don not get the money, i try to contact flipkart and they told m that refund was completed. When i go to my bank and ask for the transaction they said to me that no money credited to my account. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Do not cheat people in this way.

I have placed an order for redmi note 7s mobile on 2nd oct and delivery date is 4th oct but have not received it yet.! Now they says that it will be delivered on 14th oct.. The product was purchased by me to gift my family member before dussehra festival. Today festival also completed, but i don't know where my product got stuck up. It's really shameless act by flipkart, flashstar commerce people. I am not going to recommend anyone this seller.

I have placed an order for redmi mobile on 2nd oct and have not received it yet.. It says that it will be delivered on 12th oct..in this world where i can get the delivery in 2 - 3 days. This is taking 10 days. It was huge mistake that i have ordered from flipkart. I would have placed the order on amazon or mi store.
My one colleague ordered from mi store and she received withing 3 days. Worst service ever.

Iam ordered a redmi k20 worth rs 20000 from flipkart and his seller name is flashstar commerce. Iam ordered this product on 2nd october 2019 and after placing my order no any other updates recieved since today. Is that the service you giving to your customer... Iam strictly disappointed by this type of service... I have paid the total amount using my debit card. My order id is od[protected]. Iam seing that this company is not as per the consumer expectations... All the customers raise same issue... If this complaint not resolved then i will going to consumer court...

I placed order for redmi note 7pro dated on 30/09/19 and paid full amount through credit card...
But after that about 9 days past and there is no any updates about packing and shipping...
Is that service we are paying for...
I am very dipressed with this attitude/service of flashstar commerce and flipkart...
When i talked to flipkart customer care about the same the said to wait till expected delivery date... And when i asked that if phone not get delivered what to do next... Then they had not answered... And left me in dilemma...

It's a kind request to flashstar commerce and flipkart to kindly clear our doubts... And provide the delivery of our orders on time

Flashstar commerce seller seems don't worry about once the product is shipped from their store. Its very disappointing that after too many negative reviews on them, they didn't choose right delivery service partner. In my case I ordered a product on flipkart during recent bigbillion days and made payment on[protected]. Flashstar commerce started processing the product on[protected] and they processed with Ecom xpress courier service on the same day. It took almost 6 days to deliver product from Hyderabad to Chilakaluripet (which is just 300km distance). The product was lying in the Visakapatnam Hub for 2 days, and Vijayawada Hub for 2 days, without any reason. The product was purchased by me to gift my family member before Dussera festival. Today festival also completed, but I don't know where my product got stuck up. It's really shameless act by Flipkart, Flashstar commerce and Ecom Express people. I am not going to recommend anyone this seller.

Its not 1st time this has happened this seller is so useless that it doesn't gives delivery after 10 days even... Flipkart should take some action against such seller...in 5 days other sellers delivere the product and these useless seller doesn't even have packed my product

And my friends mobile order after my order from different seller was received but my product not even packed. Kindly make my order ready as soon as possible. Flipkart has to take some serious step to make flashstar commerce's performance better.

My product is in Howrah . In 26 September . And now it's 28th . But my product is not delivered. Howrah 30 minutes distance from my house. I don't think flipkart need 2day to cover 30 minutes distance . It's the worst experience I have . I call customer care of flipkart . They don't do any thing. I need this product very much . If I don't get it today . I have to cancel my order.

Sir this product was delivered to me at 11th june 2019..but this phone does not meet with my expectation ..the phone charging is very slow almost take more than 3 hours 30 minutes ..phone is hanging also .the camera quality is poor ..
i cant do multi tasking with this phone ..
fingerprint is not working properly ..
now i want to return this product ..but they do not accept my request ..they have policy to return product ..but they do not act as like as they commit..please sir take action on it

I am really shocked and surprise to see your 3rd class delivery system. I have booked my product redmi 6 (Black, 32 gb) on 5 th nov with promissed delivery date 8 th nov but till today i haven’t receive the delivery.
When i check order status at 8th nov 2018, status showing phone has been delivered but i did not received any phone.

Nobody called me for confirmation that you received phone or not.

I got very bad experience with this seller, my order got cancelled after 24 hrs of confirming online order. There was an 10% off on Mobile phone, when you buy through SBI credit card. I booked one mobile and was confirm by seller. But after 24 hrs it was cancelled giving reason that product is not available. And now i have to buy it without any offers, which is loss to me. As soon as my order was cancelled, i went to there site again to see the model availability, which to my surprise it was available. I think seller or Flipkart don't want to give discounts hence they are giving wrong reasons .I must say flipkart is also responsible for keeping such frauds and cheaters in there flipkart assured list. please do the needful.

I have ordered infinix hot s3 (Sandstone black, 32 gb)

After delivery on same day i request for return. On flip kart i saw option for return and refund. I gave my bank detail for refund. On next day i got call from flipkart and they told me visit service center. Why should i have to visit service center if dont want this phone and i am not satisfied with this product. Then flipkart automatically cancel my return request. Now i am not happy wityh the product and also not happy with the service of flipkart.

I have book redmi note 5 pro phone on date[protected] of amount rs.14999 transfer by my debit card on flipkart.com then after few minutes my order cancelled by flashstar commerce who is the seller on flipkart.com. So i have call flipkart customer care for refund request they reply me your payment will be refunded 6 business working days but my payment not refunded by seller so i recall flipkart customer helpline then they said me wait till[protected] however not refunded my payment after i recall him on[protected] they gave me last me 4-7-2018 still my payment not refunded after many requested. I think they are fraud. What i do please and please support me.

I placed an order for redmi note 5 pro from flip kart on 15th and i received defective item, all incoming calls and out going calls are flipping/chopping/breaking with any mobile network. Also i noticed charger pin problem while inserting for charging. I haven't get any resolution from the seller. Still this handset was with in replacement policy and i have a right to get replacement or refund, but seller/flip kart teams are not insisting me for to do so. Raised return request numerous times from flip kart site but with out intimating me or calling me they simply cancelling the ticket.
When the product is under replacement policy why tech visit is required. Tech support people always supporting seller side and they are not insisting with the genuine issues and resolution. Don't they think about customer rights to get replacement or refund in case of defective items. I need support on this please.
