They have attempted to technician the same 3 times but could not be able to succeed before speculation period nor replace the said mobile . Unfortunately today they have rejected the RETURN Policy.
So that my earnestly request you to make an order to REFUND the amount of purchase price of Rs. 9, 999/- at the earliest date.
I am waiting for your valuable feedback in this regards.
I am attaching herewith some references for your reference and knowledge on behalf of myself.

I am mohammad faisal from prayagraj uttar pradesh. i ordered Infinix hot 11 2022 on date 21 april 2022 but seller was not able to delivered my mobile which they promise and then they delivered me on 27 april 2022 it was ok for me but when i use this mobile i saw some problem in this mobile my first issues which is charger is very heating after one hours charge second issues is mobile also heating after one hours charge and third is mobile...

I ordered infinix smart 5a mobile phone from flipkart which delivered on 17 january 2022. After delivery of the product i check the product and i find that
camera of this mobile is too poor. Clearity of camera is so much horrible. So i raised return request to flipkart and they assign me technician 4 times but my issue of camera quality is not resolved. The technician told me the camera quality of this phone is still remain in same after replacement beacause the camera quality of this phone is not so good.I contact 14-15 times to flipkart customer care executive but they didn't help me and i also raise return request or refund request many times.
Therefore i want to return this product and refund my money back.

Defective mobile
I have ordered inflix hot 11s mobile within two days sound problem started so I raise a replacement request. Flipkart didn't replace it by saying non availability of same mobile. They changed it into return request. But till date they didn't replace or return. They send tech visit person who doest have resolve my sound issue still on there platform showing issue is resolved.

I have ordered infinix Hot 11s phone on flipkart. But Yesterday in the box I received a keypad phone which only worth Rs. 800. I paid 10500 to the delivery boy on COD mode. Now, I want this phone to be replaced.

I am purchase an Infinix hot 10 play(model X668B) mobile phone before 10 days from flipkart but this device is more hanging
(like YouTube play multiple video, Amazon, khan Sir & Test book app is not open in one time etc) and other problem is charger and mobile phone more heated during charging mode .
My imei number is not find in which device implement !
I hope you that the device shall take you return...

Mobile purchased on 6th August from Flipkart, Micromax In 2B, cost Rs. 7999/- . But it has not received yet . Product delivery delayed 2 times by the seller... completely disappointment with the delivery and experience.

The mobile did not turn on at the arrival. The sound is coming of screen shot and turning on and off but the display is not working.the screen is black out. It's a kind request . Please either replace it or refund 🙏🏻

I ordered Micromax IN 1 from Flash Star Commerce through flip kart. The phone in 10 days after delivery has stopped working. Called up FlipKart, but they say the return polivy ends in 7 days, so they cant do anything. I want to file a complaint against Flashstar commerce who has given me a defective product worth Rs.11, 499/-

Micromax IN 1 defective Mobile
I had perchased Micromax IN 1 mobile through Flipkart. There was a problem in Mobile & requested for Return immediately through Flipkart. Flipkart said Technician will visit & check for the fault. No one called to resolve the issue. I called Flipkart & complaint. Flipkart booked replacement of new item Flashstar Commerce denied & rejected for replacement. I took it with Flipkart very strongly. Then they updated the status for Refund. Flashstar put a comment that they will do refund after receipt & verification of the mobile. The Flash star arranged to collect the mobile by August 24th. Then they take 9 working days to clear the refund.
I have all the proofs that to proove. We all should ban the purchase from Flashstar. There is no supplier information in Flipkart. How Flipkart is working with such kind of sellers. We should ban to purchase from Flipkart. We all should make him realise if they do not help their customers.
