I am mohammad faisal from prayagraj uttar pradesh. i ordered Infinix hot 11 2022 on date 21 april 2022 but seller was not able to delivered my mobile which they promise and then they delivered me on 27 april 2022 it was ok for me but when i use this mobile i saw some problem in this mobile my first issues which is charger is very heating after one hours charge second issues is mobile also heating after one hours charge and third is mobile battery is lagging (5% down after 2 to 3 minutes) mobile battery is cheap and four and last is whenever i connect my earbuds by bluetooth the connection network of bluetooth drop anytime.
your Ekart delivery boy are fake i requested to check mobile your ekart technician boy check and he did not check mobile and send feedback to company that mobile is all right (ok) this boy name Sachin Pal mobile no. +91 [protected] and he is Spammer this type of seller and technicians and delivery boy looted their customers.
I want to refund my amount.
