Flick Fit , Green Plaza, Sudama Chowk, Surat — Online fraud

The same incident of fraud is happened with me last month from Flick fir, Surat. He has introduced himself as from Bhubaneswar, odisha but later all the shipment was happened from Surat. As you said, first i received the wrong product and when i asked for the replacement, the seller started excusing about cyclone, rain, holidays etc and delayed the shipment.. After so many reminder he said he will replace the item and sent a small box containing an Allen Key. When i asked him about this joke, he again started excusing. At last i asked for Refund, he initially denying for refund but after some discussion he agreed to refund but that too he asked my bank details and said the refund process will take more than 2 weeks. He is a cheater.
I went to local police station and also to cyber police in Rourkela, both has refused to take my FIR. What i will do.

Shelar abhi Amazon pe sell kar raha hai product sabhi ko fals order dena chahiye kam se kam 50 pc our aa ne k bad recive nahi karna chahiye

Even i booked a cycle from him and gave me a tracking number. I got the parcel today and its some holder or something. Kindly advise what can be done with him.

I went to the local police station and we got the details as from where in surat was the parcel picked and the details are as below:

His cell Number is not reachable as it has not been recharged but could send him an email which is active.

My name is Ajin.S, residence at Kadakkarappally, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala.

I also fall in this online cheating group from Surat and lost Rs.26500/-

I ordered an Electric Cycle Named "Pro 10 Fat E bike" from Amazon. After ordering it, the seller in Amazon call me and said that, orders from their own website only get one year warranty, also they offer Free accessories and Rs1000 discount on Cash on delivery. And they compelled me to cancel the Amazon order.

I cancelled Amazon order and reorder it from their own website named "Affiliate 2010" on date 15.10.2021.

On 28.10.2021 the shipment arrived in my house via Delhivery. and I give money(26500) to the delivery boy.

After Unboxing I realised that the cycle I received is not an electric, it is just an ordinary cycle.

I immediately call the company person who contacted me . He said that it is a mistake happens to the packing boy and he will ship the original product immediately on the same day itself . And he send me the Delhivery tracking number .

After 4 days the tracking number become deactivated.

I regularly contacted them through email and phone no. But no major response from their side till date.

The products shipping address was Flickfit, Green plaza, Sudhama Chouk, Surat, Gujarat.

While searching on Google, most of the search results are "Flick fit Surat Online Fraud".
A lot of people remarks complaints on them in online consumer forum website.

Now itself they are available in the Amazon and continuing the same fraud activity.
