Flightxp — I am complaining about flight booking

Hi this is rantu borah i have booked (Trip id:[protected] a ticket from this platform quite long days ago. And the ticket didn't confirm as well as the refund didn't process. Flight is on 20th march and i m getting a massage on 19th that the flight ticket doesn't confirm. Before that a single msg or mail i didn't receive. What kind of pathetic and unethical service these people are provided god knows. Seriously is that fair??? I am filing complaint against them. Kindly take some action against them.
