Flightxp — Refund on ticket with travel date during April lockdown

We have raised refund request for refund for PNR/Reference number JBHGMJ travel date 19th March 2020 from New Delhi to Hyderabad. The flight did not operate due to pandemic and lockdown.
It is disappointing to see poor or no response from Flight XP in this regard. From past one year we have been waiting for the refund. We are fed up and now request you to refund the full amount and no alternative of booking tickets is acceptable. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY MORE SERVICES FROM FlightXP HENCEFORTH.
