Flip — Fake discount offer sowing in flipkart website

Dear Sir, I have place a order "Hawkins Futura Hard Anodized Tawa 22 cm diameter" Qty: 1 Rs650 (it was offer price) at Sat, 1st Aug 02:42 am in flipkart, Order ID: OD[protected] after confirm order showing Standard Delivery date is 8-Aug-2015 and after 4 days i got notification by flipkart that this product will be delivery by 13-Aug-2015, because of some problem, 8 &13 both date has gone still order is not receive product also i didn't get any notification from flipkart, suddenly i have receive a massage at 5:16:00 14-Aug-2015 that" we regret to inform you that our courier partner unable to deliver your Flipkar.com order OD[protected] we have canceled the order and initiated refund. Please check your email for more details. Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused".and then i have called up flipkart customer care and spoke with executive as well senior execrative also, they said there was some problem so that Shipment is canceled by seller, now you can re-order for the same product, then i asked about the price senior explicative replied this time you have to pay Rs750. for same, because offer is over, then i deny for pay Rs750, also i asked to senior executive take complain regarding this issue and place order for the same product, but he deny to take complain and said i can nothing to do about it. So, now my question to flipkart, whether i have not done any fault from my side then why should i pay extra Rs100, it may delay delivery it is acceptable, but it is not acceptable that flipkart taking extra charge for the same product, why filpkart didn't take responsibility about customer order, not only me every customer want to buy cheapest rate about branded product, we are knows only the filpkart.com not to seller, i can accepted the delay delivery but i can't accepted for re-order and extra charges, thats why i have submit complain to ICCF, kindly resolve my problem. I was bought a zte blade a2 plus phone on 15-10-17 but it is not property workable it's battery beckup quite .so I want exchange this phone soon.
I got my order received today which isnot as per brand shown in the web ad.It is in damaged condition which I want to return .Nobody, no one is responding well. I got it from Ecom express.
