[Resolved] Flipcart — I am complaining against flipkart delay my product delivery by 1 month

I ordered dish tv set box on 13 sept 2019 but till date my product is not delivered, i complain flipcart customer care and ask for delay but every time they gave me new date for delivery at that time they gave me 3 dates in 1 month but product not delivered flipcart customer care only send promising mail but its to late for delivery approx 1 month pass out and this product does not show cancel option, please help me in this issue for refund my money which is 1139/- rs thanking you.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on December 26, 2019 and the amount would be reflecting in customer credit card account account on or before January 03, 2020. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
