[Resolved]  Flipcart — order cancelled but emi getting deducted

Order id: od[protected], product name: ac
Ordered in the month f march and cancelled on same day but when i checked my credit card bill still emi is getting deducted and neither my bank icici is helping me nor flipcart. What i need to who is the correct person to contact.
When i called icici i spoke to rep and he is telling need to check with flip cart and flip cart is telling check with your bank. Please some one help me on this.

Issue: EMI is deducting after cancellation of order

Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologised and informed that we've refunded the amount. For EMI closure requested him contact bank. Hence, closing the complaint.
