Flipcartshop.in — wrong product delivery and not responding for return

Description: i've placed an order (Apple airpods) on https://flipcartshop.in/ at may 3, 2019, 9:58 am, with cash on delivery.
Order arrived on thu, may 9, 2019. I checked the order and found it to be fake one, not the original one.
So i initiated return of the order but since then, i dint hear anything from the flipcartshop about my return. I emailed them couple of time about the return. Nothing worked.
