Flipkart — 2gud Not accepting return request/refund/replacement after sending a defective product and now demands my Aadhaar card.

Sir, I purchased a phone on 2gud on Nov 1.
When it arrives on 4th NoV, I unbox the phone infront of the delivery man to check,
The phone camera is not working(doesn't open), besides I got a lenovo charging adaptor which is not 18 watt, and the provided charging cable is micro-usb but the phone is a type-c.
But the delivery man refused to take back and told me to take the product to return.
So I went home and also found that the device Variant is 4gb but I have ordered 6gb.
Now the company has rejected the return request twice and than I spoke to the customer executive and he forwarded the process but I keep getting messages that 2gud saying they apologise for taking longer than expected.
Now I received a mail from flipkart asking for my Aadhaar car.
They are harrassing me by denying the return/refund/replacement after sending me a defective product.
