[Resolved] Flipkart — 35 days passed, haven't received refund for nokia 5.1 | |||
Hi, I had ordered nokia 5.1 on 5th of october, i received dead on arrival phone and back panel damaged product. I raised issue on day of arrival itself for dead on arrival. Later on request of wish master updated damage matter on 16th october which came to our notice on day itself when he opened plastic cover for through inspection. Resolution was promised by earlier 21st october later extended to 1st november, then to 11th november now to 14th november, now extended to 20th november. Whishmaster has visited 4 times till date and every time damage check comes fail. While asking customer service they assures that they have updated damage along with dead on arrival as issue. Now 35 days has been passed, no resolution has been provided. Was this information helpful? | |||
