Flipkart — 3G Problem in Moto G (2nd Gen)

Hi Team, This is to inform you that my moto g 2nd gen is not working properly for data connection. On 3G plan it is showing 2G connection. If I manually tried to connect with 3G i.e WCDMA mode in phone information than network showing unknown.I have purchased it through online flip kart portal and my order ID - OD[protected] Need support otherwise I take strong action.
