Flipkart — 46 Days have passes still I have not received my product which I ordered | |
This my updated version of my previous compliant which is not yet solved. (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/flipkart-product-not-delivered-even-after-24-d...⇄) I have ordered an office chair (Green Soul Jupiter High-Back Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Black)) from flipkart on 12-January-2022. Order ID : OD[protected] Full Payment of ₹8513 was paid online. The delivery date was supposed to be 20-January-2022. The product is still not delivered. I have been continuously contacting flipkart support regard my product delivery but the only responce they gave was we will update in 48 hours but nothing happened. And they went a step further and marked my complaint as resolved and asking me to do the same. I have not received my product, I have not received any information about why the delay is happening, I have not received anything. But they have my money. At this point I feel very much cheated. Why are they stealing from me ? Are they trying to make money by cheating and stealing ? I have never received the product. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
