[Resolved] Flipkart — a complicated and too late customer service | |
I am Sakshi, my father has ordered an RPM FITNESS TREADMILL from Flipkart in August 2020 . its first stage installation was very late around in mid-September. we were disappointed with that and from its installation, we are constantly having problems with using it properly, nearly one month ago its belt was loose and after a lot of phone calls to customer care there was no response and my father has to fixed by his own. and now this machine has become dusty because we can't use it due to its engine problem. I have recently called to customer care from a number as described on google but there was no clear response and the number described on the warranty card does not exist. shall we wait until it becomes rusty and we have to discard it?
