[Resolved] Flipkart — a damaged piece of redmi note 4 received | |||
This is unacceptable. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest. I had ordered redmi note 4 from flipkart. On receiving it, i did not open it for the initial few days. When i opened it, i found out that its slot 2 was not working. However the 10 day return period had passed. Now that i want to get the issue resolved, flipkart is neither responding to my requests nor answering the customer queries on their app etc. This is totally unprofessional and extremely saddening to see such a pathetic service. I hope this platform helps me reach out to the right professional in flipkart who can solve this problem. Kindly respond to this, and resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
