[Resolved] Flipkart — about refund for the failed transaction | |
I have order an product with Order id:od[protected] While making payment the order got failed but the money was deducted Again i made a transaction the money got deducted and the transaction was successful.. The the money was been deducted for 2 times for buying 1 product. I have contacted flipkart giving all the issue they are saying we have received just one successful transaction contact bank.. And bank is saying the the both transaction was successful and have been settled with merchant.. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to failed transaction issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed that we have not received the amount, if you have raised charge back it takes 40 days to get resolved . informed for further update get in touch with bank they will help you out in case of any issue get back to us we will help you out. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Some days back i ordered shoes from flipkart i.e. lotto F5V[protected] running shoes for men in blue (rs1257) but on the day of delivery when i open the packet. i got the different product i.e. lotto AR4840_222 running shoes for men in grey(rs1098)

I have been facing issues with Flipkart customer service and the products . They are delvering duplicate products and not returning the money bacck. Also, for the item which we have not taken delivery for they are denying to give the refund.

The delivery in Nagercoil area is too late. The date given for delivery is exceeding and there is no proper response from the office if we call them for any queries. The won't even attend the telephone and if attended, improper reply will be get from them.
