[Resolved] Flipkart — about refund for the failed transaction
I have order an product with
While making payment the order got failed but the money was deducted
Again i made a transaction the money got deducted and the transaction was successful..
The the money was been deducted for 2 times for buying 1 product.
I have contacted flipkart giving all the issue they are saying we have received just one successful transaction contact bank..
And bank is saying the the both transaction was successful and have been settled with merchant..

May 29, 2018Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to failed transaction issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed that we have not received the amount, if you have raised charge back it takes 40 days to get resolved . informed for further update get in touch with bank they will help you out in case of any issue get back to us we will help you out. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
