Flipkart — About replacing a defective product | |||||
I bought lenovo vibe k5 plus from flipkart on 16th oct. It had some issue with its calling speaker. They sent a "technician" (I wonder if he really was.) to my place to solve the issue. He tried poking a safety pin into the holes of speaker to check if there is any dust in it. (That's how their technician experts are!) my friends who have the same device also said that there is problem with the speaker. But their (So called) technician guy said that the speaker is working very well. I don't understand why he lied. I can't even request for replacement or refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
