[Resolved] Flipkart — About the product quality and customer support of flipkart | |||||
I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart. Firstly, the delivery was delayed. Later, when i started using the product, the performance of the laptop was very very poor as if it is a duplicate product. So. I tried to raise a request for return of the item. Then, flipkart told me that the issues which i am facing is not genuine and the current performance is the expected performance of the laptop. Still they promised me that a technical guy will visit my place to see what is the problem within 24 hours. Later after a day, when the guy did not show up, i again contacted flipkart about it and i found that my return request was cancelled without even knowing me. So i filed another complaint regarding return. Currently, flipkart is just given me further dates from last 4 days and no guy have visited to see the issue. Also, flipkart is not initiating my refund even when their deadline for refund is completed. Totally a fraud company. Support team is very rude. The hang up on my call purposely when i was trying to explain the issue. Disgusting and disrespecting company with no values. Was this information helpful? | |||||
