Flipkart — about wrong and damaged product even after complaining several times | |||
I have booked v guard stabiliser through flipkart but they have delivered the product after 20 days and that too wrong product. Flipkart did intentionally did this and they want to use the customer amount for their business for some days. So I complained to the flipkart customer care to replace the product so first they denied so i argued with them to replace the product.So finally they accepted and send for the replacement. Today 29 Oct 2019 received the damaged product. So i complained them for why did you send the damaged product they are finally replied with careless answers. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 1421 has been completed on 30 Oct 19 and will be reflecting on your credit card by 11 Nov 19. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
