Flipkart — AC installation not carried out and customer care rejecting the return of the product

I purchased an Sansui split AC which was delivered on 28th April. Installation was promised within 24hrs but nobody contacted me for the installation even after 4days.
Based on my complaint Flipkart rep told me that installation will done before 5th may 5:00PM. unfortunately nobody came for the installation even after 8days.
Now I am requesting Flipkart take back the product and now one executive from Flipkart called me and telling me that they will NOT take back the product very harsh as well.
I have lost complete confidence on online shopping with flipkart and disappointed with the overall shopping experience.
Flipkart is not adhering to their support of returning the product within 30days as per their promise.
