Flipkart — Accepting order of the item not available with the company and then cancelling the order after receipt of payment | |||||
Date of placement of order - 20 Oct 16 at around 2230 hrs Order ID OD[protected]. I placed the order for five Micromax CG666 Mobile sets. After the payment of the cost through net banking and once the money was deducted from my account, when the ste was redirected to Flipkart site to show the order status it showed saying that the bulk order of the item is not possible. My submission is that if the bulk order was not possible why the order was accepted at the very first place. and why the payment was collected. now this money will be there with the company for more than four days until it is refunded in my account. Also now i will not be able to use that money for other purpose until it is credited to my account. this has caused a great inconvenience to me. the amount is Rs 11700. company has been doing fraud by accepting false orders and cancelling it after the money has been transferred to their account.
